We’re all guilty of this.  With technology advancing every day, it is very tempting to include them in our daily activities; but did you know the blue light from these electric devices can actually disturb our sleep?  Blue light blocks the body’s ability to secret a hormone called melatonin which helps regulate our sleep cycles.  Therefore, limiting your screen time and technology usage at least an hour before bed is critical for the best sleep!
