How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Just browse our products, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to enter your shipping information and payment details. Finally, you can review your order before confirming. Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as secure online payment options like PayPal and other popular digital payment methods.
Is my payment secure?

What currency do you charge in?
All products on our website are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you're shopping from outside Canada, please note that your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $55 and free standard shipping to the United States on orders over $75. For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will apply based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Our full return policy, including conditions and instructions, can be found on the Returns page.
Are your products available internationally?
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. If you'd like to order our products from outside of the available countries, please get in touch with us at info@activegreenpro.ca. Simply provide your desired product list, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a shipping quote and assist with your order.
Do you offer subscription options?
Yes, we offer subscription services for some of our products. You can choose the frequency of delivery and enjoy a discount on your regular orders. Simply select the "Subscribe & Save" option when adding to cart.

How do I know if a product is in stock?
Product availability is updated in real time on our website. If an item is out of stock, you’ll see a notification on the product page. Additionally, you can choose to be notified when it becomes available again.
