Greens Powder- Fibre Boost Prebiotic+Probiotic

The powder is free of fillers, which also means this unflavored version really is unflavored and unsweetened. Mix it with other drinks, shakes, smoothies, etc. and you won't notice it too much aside from the added grit; the powder isn't super fine and is definitely not something that will dissolve in water. But it is tasteless aside from the texture, which is great.

Overall, this is a fine product. The problem is just that it is expensive; priced like a probiotic in which this does contain. If you are looking specifically for just fibres there are far cheaper options out there but to get the best of both worlds while being something easy to drink, this is an excellent choice.

I have been really into increasing my pre+probiotic consumption lately after taking a round of antibiotics. This has the added benefit of contains zero added flavours or sweeteners. It contains 3 ingredients – that’s it! It’s also a supplement made in Canada, which I appreciate.

INGREDIENTS:
Organic Inulin, Organic Acacia, Bacterial Culture (Probiotic Bacillus subtilis)

One serving size is = 8 grams and it contains a minimum of 10 billion CFUs (Colony Forming Units) per serving.

I have found it palatable whether you add it to plain water or to a pre/post workout smoothie or breakfast fruit + veg smoothie. Whatever way I’ve prepared it, it doesn’t impact the flavour noticeably. I like that it’s so versatile and can be mixed into basically any beverage.

I haven't had any bad effects since taking this - no gassiness or stomach upset but as always with digestive supplements, YMMV!

This flavorless powder is really easy to mix in with water or juice or even with some of the AG greens! It has helped me regulate my bowel movements and feel less bloated.
