Shipping Method: All online orders are shipped via Canada Post for Canadian orders and USPS for US orders.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing time may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional events

Canada: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $55.
USA: Benefit from free shipping on all orders over $75.
For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will apply based on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Our Hassle-Free 14-Day Return Policy: At Active Green Pro, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to initiate a return. Hence, we've crafted a straightforward 14-day return policy, granting you ample time to assess your item and request a return if needed.
Eligibility Criteria: For your return to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your order number handy when making a return request.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@activegreenpro.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of receiving your order. Next, ship the items you’d like to return to our return processing center located at 3681 McNicoll Ave, Toronto, ON M1X 1G5, using the provided return shipping label and following the accompanying instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the items. If you discover any defects, damages, or have received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We are committed to evaluating and rectifying the issue promptly.
Exchanges: For a swift exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and, upon approval, making a separate purchase for the desired item. This ensures a seamless transaction, allowing you to receive the product you want without delay.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
